SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
Purchased items will be shipped from Denver CO (via USPS) within 1-2 weeks of the order. Please allow up to 1 week from ship date for your delivery to arrive. If you need to change the shipping method or would like your order quicker, please notify me beforehand or right after placing your order. I will send you a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Customs will take 2~4 weeks because I specifically craft each piece to order. :)

Tokiprism is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment. Please contact tokiprism@gmail.com if you have any questions.
Return & Exchange Policy
No returns are applicable on any orders but I do offer Free resizing & seam repairs! If you are dissatisfied with an item, Message me and we can figure out a solution. :) All exchanges are handled on a case by case basis within 30 days of purchase. I do not offer exchanges on customs, only ready to ship orders. Please contact me immediately if you want to exchange your item. (Buyers must pay shipping back)
